Refund Policy

SiteAcumen reports (operated by TerrainLogic LLC) are digital and delivered instantly. We want you to feel the purchase was fair — here's our stance.
If something went wrong, we'll make it right
If your report failed to generate, or came back materially incomplete or inaccurate for a covered address, email us within 14 daysand we'll issue a full refund — no hassle. If a technical problem prevented you from getting what you paid for, that's on us.
Because it's delivered instantly
Each report reveals the underlying research the moment it's unlocked, so we do not offer routine “changed my mind” refunds after a report has been viewed. We may still approve a goodwill refund case by case — especially if the report was confusing, mismatched to the address, or didn't cover what the checkout page said it would.
How to request a refund
Email support@siteacumen.io with the report link or ID and a short note about the problem. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, typically within a few business days.
Please contact us before filing a card dispute so we have a chance to fix the issue or refund you directly. This doesn't limit any rights you have under card-network rules or consumer-protection law.
